Exeter Food Festival

The award-winning Exeter Festival of South West Food and Drink returns for its 16th consecutive year on the May Day Bank Holiday, from Saturday 4th to Monday 6th May 2019.
A firm fixture on the food festival calendar, the event is held in the scenic grounds of Exeter Castle Courtyard and Northernhay Gardens. From celebrity chefs and producers to workshops and live music, expect a long weekend of foodie indulgence and food-themed activities for the whole family.
Attracting around 20,000 visitors, this three-day festival offers exceptional food and drink produced in the South West, alongside cookery demonstrations, workshop activities and the chance to meet producers and chefs, with over 100 exhibitors in two large food and drink pavilions.

The line-up is set to be bigger and better than before
Exeter’s huge food and drinks festival is heading back to the city this year – and it’s got a new line-up of celebrity chefs.
Mitch Tonks, Michael Caines, Gareth Howarth and Josh Eggleton will all be heading to the food festival held at Exeter Castle and Northernhay Gardens throughout May Bank Holiday.
The event will take place between Saturday, May 4, and Monday, May 6.
Supported by Visit Exeter, the foodie spectacular celebrates the start of spring with live music, chef demonstrations, artisan produce, real ales and cider, family-friendly workshops and a chance to meet the dedicated producers behind the products.
