Sidmouth Arboretum is working with Devon Wildlife Trust’s campaign Saving Devon’s Treescapes by distributing 300 free 1-2 year old saplings for people to grow in their gardens.  The trees are selected species that will grow to be small or medium-sized trees that will fit in most gardens.

Choose from: Silver Birch, Hazel, Hawthorn, Crab Apple.

For the larger garden, there is Alder, Willow and Oak.

It is on a first-come, first-served basis.

A huge thank you to King’s Garden Centre at Stowford who are allowing us to use their car park, we will be there on Friday 23^rd October from 11.00-3.30, come along and choose one or more young trees to enhance your garden.
