Staff Nurse, Jenyth Turner-Steel, said: “The launch of the coat rail is a way of supporting our most vulnerable people throughout the winter months, in particular when we have periods of extremely cold weather. It allows those in need access to warm clothing and a little extra comfort over the winter period.”
