A new exhibition has opened at Thelma Hulbert Gallery (THG) featuring well-known East Devon beauty spots including Fire Beacon Hill, Harpford Woods and Woodbury Castle.

‘Experiencing the Landscape’ features new work created especially for this project by local contemporary artists Angus Rutherford, Megan Calver, Gabby Hoad and Jenny Mellings. Exhibited alongside are some of the artworks created in workshops by local people and school children.

The exhibition is the culmination of a year-long collaborative project between East Devon District Councils’ THG and East Devon AONB, marking 25 years of the East Devon Way, the 40 mile footpath running from Exmouth to Lyme Regis.
