We missed out on setting up a Coastal Community team on several occasions when the Government was asking for funding bids. That chance has arisen several times but may not come again. The last round was released in March 2019
However, there are some new ones (2019) where if STC and/or EDDC are willing to work with community groups such as the VGS we might be able to get money for the town.

Architectural Heritage funding 2019 Charities and social enterprises are urged to apply for a share of a further £1.3m of funding available this year (2019/20) for projects to reinvigorate England’s high streets and town centres from The Architectural Heritage Fund.
