I think it’s fair to say veg boxes are becoming increasingly popular. Earlier this year, Farming UK reported over 3 million people turned to veg box schemes and local farms for the first time as a result of lockdown! I’ve tried three now and I’m a big fan, but if you’re new to them you might be wondering what all the fuss is about. Over the past couple of years I’ve switched to buying the majority of my fresh food through weekly fruit and veg box deliveries. In this post I’ll cover some of the key reasons I made the switch.
