Many would consider installing a heat pump as “complicated, especially in rural areas“; the doubts pile on, as highlighted by last week’s Telegraph suggesting there are six reasons not to buy a heat pump.

On the other hand, today, OVO launches the ‘cheapest heat pump rate on market’, more media reports suggest that heat pumps just became affordable and even the Times is asking: Should I buy a heat pump and how much will it cost?

It is nevertheless still confusing, with this latest report showing that UK householders are in the dark over the boiler and heat pump transition.
