There has been disappointment that the equipment in the children’s play area has not been robust enough and that it is too expensive to maintain.
So how about something like this replacing it?
It gives lots of opportunities for climbing up and down, sliding, swinging, balancing, general muscle strengthening and fun. You could attach all sorts of other things to it like a climbing wall, and it could go almost all round the circumference of the area.
Because much of it is recycled maintenance would be much less costly, and it would better for the planet.
