Seven low-cost homes to be built on a brownfield site.


One of the key points in the adopted Neighbourhood Plan for the Sid Valley was the push for affordable housing: See Policies 14 and 16:

Now an application to replace several derelict garages with affordable houses at Burnt Oak in Sidbury has been approved – as reported in the Herald:
