Car parking charges in Sidford

The District Council considered increasing parking costs in Sidford on Wednesday:

Planned parking charge rise for East Devon’s cheapest car parks

But as pointed out by a Sidford Councillor, this might not be in the best interests of the remaining businesses on the high street:

Because we need to look after our high streets, as the Federation of Small Businesses has made very clear in its latest campaign:
