‘Special meeting’ at 7.30pm on Thursday 23rd June

Tomorrow evening sees a change at the top, with a new chair for the Vision Group for Sidmouth being voted in: Changing Chairs, June 2022
In a specially called meeting, the VGS will be thanking its retiring chair Peter Murphy – who brought energy and great networking skills to the post – most notably initiating the Sustainable Sidmouth Champions Awards last year, which highlighted the fabulous efforts made by so many during the pandemic:

The candidate for VGS chair will then introduce themselves and outline their ‘vision for Sidmouth’ – followed by some Q&As before a vote for a new chair.
Although this will be a ‘special meeting’, things should be fairly informal, allowing for free discussion on the future direction of the VGS.
