The District Council has got some money to spend on Sidmouth’s playgrounds – and has asked the Sid Valley’s children what they’d like to see there.

This followed on from a bit of confusion over the playparks – and subsequent promises to do something:
“… as part of the East Devon budget setting process for the next financial year, a bid for funding to renew the whole play area and bring it up to modern standards has been submitted. Sidmouth Town Council and the Keith Owen Fund have also agreed to contribute towards the renewal of the play area.”
