All wards have either no candidates or elections are uncontested.

There will not be elections contested for Sidmouth Town Council on 4th May – as detailed on the EDDC website:

Sidmouth East (none elected as no candidates nominated)
A new election will be held within 35 days of Thursday 4 May 2023.

Sidmouth North (all elected as election uncontested) Bernie Davis (no party); Stuart Hughes (no party).

Sidmouth Primley (all elected as election uncontested) Hilary Nelson (Independent); Kevin Walker (no party).

Sidmouth Salcombe Regis (all elected as election uncontested) Ian Barlow (Independent).

Sidmouth Sidbury (all elected as election uncontested) John Loudoun (Independent).

Sidmouth Sidford Village (none elected as no candidates nominated)
A new election will be held within 35 days of Thursday 4 May 2023.

Sidmouth South (all elected as election uncontested) Kelvin Dent (Independent); Christopher Lockyear (Independent); Rachel Perram (Independent).

Sidmouth West (none elected as no candidates nominated)
A new election will be held within 35 days of Thursday 4 May 2023.
